Facilities Management is relatively popular in the Nigerian Oil & Gas space. However, there are still few other challenges around the quality of services delivered, adherence of local FM Companies to global best practice, value for money spent, Safety, Health and Environment issues, among others. This session will seek to X-Ray these issues and the way forward for FM in Oil and Gas.
